Thai #Quinoa #Salad


Quinoa tossed with a medley of fresh, crunchy veggies and drizzled with a delicious peanut sauce. Everyone always loves this fun and delicious and easy quinoa salad.






Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free

  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 2 Green onion
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 heaping cup Red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
Pasta & Grains
  • 3/4 cup Quinoa
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Cashew, halves
Liquids
  • 1 Water to
