These Swedish Meatballs are a favorite family recipe!

Ingredients

Meat

• 16 oz Ground beef
• 8 oz Ground pork

Produce

• 1 Onion, small
• 1 Parsley

Refrigerated

• 1 Egg, large

Canned Goods

• 1 tsp Beef bouillon

Pasta & Grains

• 1 Egg noodles, cooked

Baking & Spices

• 3 tbsp Flour
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 1 tsp Salt

Bread & Baked Goods

• 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs

Dairy

• 1 cup Half and half cream
• 1/4 cup Milk

Liquids

• 3/4 cup Water
