Soft #Pretzel

This soft pretzel recipe may even be better than that mall kiosk. Soft, chewy, easy, homemade pretzels in 45 minutes, start to finish.

Ingredients

∙ Makes 12 pretzels

Refrigerated

• 1 Egg

Baking & Spices

• 1 package 21/4 tbsp dry active yeast, dry
• 4 cups All-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup Baking soda
• 1 tbsp Brown sugar
• 1 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Dairy

• 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Liquids

• 10 9/16 cup Water

Other

• Kosher, Sea, or Pretzel salt for decoration
