Slow #Cooker #Whole #Chicken #with #Stuffing

A whole chicken cooked in the slow cooker, with butter, onions, carrots, and celery. Then Stove top stuffing is stirred into the chicken drippings with the vegetables.

Ingredients

∙ Serves 6

Meat

• 1 5lb. whole chicken, whole

Produce

• 2 Carrots
• 2 Celery stalks
• 1 tsp Sage, dried
• 1 tsp Thyme, dried
• 1 Yellow onion, small

Canned Goods

• 1 6 oz. box Stove top stuffing

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 tsp Paprika

Dairy

• 1/2 cup Butter, salted

• 6 quart or larger
