Pasta #with #Meatballs

Instant Pot Penne Pasta with Meatballs is a favorite easy meal at our house. It's made with uncooked penne pasta, meatballs and a simple red sauce.

Ingredients

Produce

• 3 tbsp Basil, fresh leaves
• 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
• 1 tsp Onion, dried
• 1 Parsley, fresh leaves
• 1 24 ounce canTomatoes

Condiments

• 1 8 ounce canTomato sauce

Pasta & Grains

• 1 lb Penne pasta

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 Red pepper flakes
• 1 Salt and pepper

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Dairy

• 1 Parmesan cheese

Frozen

• 2 lb Meatballs, frozen fully cooked

Liquids

• 3 cup Water
