These fluffy Lemon Sweet Rolls are filled with lemon sugar and topped with lemon cream cheese frosting.

• 2 1/4 tsp Instant yeast
• 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
• 2 cups Powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup White sugar, granulated

• 12 1/3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
• 4 oz Cream cheese
• 1 cup Milk
