These healthy Greek Potato Skins are baked until crispy then topped with roasted garlic hummus and fresh veggies! We love ours with avocado, tomato, cucumber, and a kiss of feta cheese - delicious!

- 10 oz Sabra roasted garlic hummus
Baking & Spices
- 1 Kosher salt or sea salt
- 1/4 cup Pepper
